In a nutshell, we, as a third party planner, with ABSOLUTELY NO COST TO YOUR ORGANIZATION, will do all of the tedious, time-consuming and oftentimes frustrating leg work throughout the entire planning, implementation and wrap up stages of your meeting or event, which in turn will allow you to freely concentrate on the most important aspect of your work effort - - - planning for and arranging the meeting or event itself.
Under your complete control and direction, and within the specifications, framework and goals established by you, we will provide the expertise, experience and resources to seek out and eventually allow you, with confidence, to select the best possible host property, at the best possible rates and concessions available. And remember, there is no cost to you for our services, since we are compensated by the host property that you select, based on room revenue; and you actually sign no contract with us.
