For over a decade I have had the pleasure of witnessing,
first hand, the truly outstanding organizational skills, leadership,

Annually, this Society holds an annual reunion for its
members at a resort hotel in Central Florida. This 5 day event is a major
undertaking which includes contract negotiations, coordination of guest registration, room
assignments, as well as numerous other activities such as a golf tournament,
several dances with live entertainment, a vendor display complex, the annual
luncheon with guest speaker and countless other details requiring extraordinary
and direction of a large volunteer staff. The satisfaction of 3,000-4,000 demanding guests is the
only reward. Mrs. Morris has done it all and done it well, over and over again.

I have become aware that Ms. LeDoux-Morris has invited comments from established clients regarding previous trips, accommodations and other services. Ms. LeDoux-Morris has been functioning as the coordinator of our annual family reunion since 1995. Her responsibilities included reunion site selection, travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, food, beverage and meeting arrangements. These tasks and logistics seemingly straightforward on the surface, have been complicated by the diverse ages of our family group ranging from octogenarians to newborns. The usual concerns of an optimal meeting site and arrangements for a professional group complicated by the nuances of pleasing everyone in the family. Over the course of the past 13 years, Ms. LeDoux-Morris has performed exceptionally in making all pre-event arrangements, arrival at the site, room selection, location and quality as well as serving onsite to facilitate the entire event and resolve last minute changes in plans as can be expected from any gathering. | During Betty's employment with the law firm of Greenfelder, Mander, Hanson, Murphy & Dwyer, she was called upon to handle various special events for the firm including campaign fundraisers for local Congressional Candidates. Betty was asked to handle these events because of her attention to detail, her professional handling of guests at all levels in the community and her pride in a job well done. While still employed as a Legal Assistant, Betty agreed to serve as Campaign Manager during my bid for the Florida State House of Representatives. While the duties she undertook are too numerous to list, she spent countless hours ensuring that all matters relative the campaign were handled professionally, ethically, and in the best interest of the campaign and in compliance with the laws of the State of Florida, including but not limited to the scheduling of speaking events, fundraising events, and all financial reporting to the Secretary of State.
Since leaving the law firm and pursuing her long-desired career in the Hospitality Industry, I have continued to see her advice and utilize her services as a meeting planner for any meetings and events that I have had a hand in both personally and professionally.
