Our mission at LeDoux Meeting Management is to relieve the client from the tedious, time-consuming and often frustrating rigors of property searches and negotiations with potential host properties, to always act in a timely manner and in the best interest of our clients in protecting their confidentiality and carrying out their wishes; to provide consistent and continued counsel and representation of our client through all stages of the event, including the final settlement of activities and billing by the host property; and, most critically, to assure that our client receives the best value for its available resources.
LeDoux Meeting Management, Inc. offers a wide range of meeting and event services, and our "soup to nuts" approach satisfies even the most demanding clients. We can customize our services to meet each clients needs, but customarily our services entail:
conducting orientation as needed to fully understand and appreciate the clients requirements and desires,
researching, and conducting exploratory contacts with, venues appearing to meet the client's profile,
obtaining proposals from qualifying properties,
evaluating and negotiating all facets of the proposed contracts, from an insider's standpoint and with a view toward minimizing costs to the client and maximizing concessions granted by the host property,
keeping the client fully apprised of all meaningful deliberations and developments as they occur in the search process,
acting on any direction or requests of the client at all stages of the search,
scheduling and accompanying the client to any site visits suggested by the client, and
providing counsel or assistance as needed in the client's final site selection and contract signing.
Unlike many other planners, our services do not stop once the contract is signed. We are your partner from start to finish...and beyond. We will be on site with you during your meeting or event to ensure the smooth and seamless execution of every detail, and to serve as the intermediary and means by which any unforeseen challenges are resolved, while you continue with the meeting and business at hand. LeDoux Meeting Management will also be there with you through the billing process to ensure that all billing is correct and in conformity with the terms of the contract, and that any discrepancies are resolved expeditiously.

LeDoux Meeting Management, Inc., a family-owned corporation registered in the state of Florida, is owned and operated by Betty LeDoux-Morris and Kenny Morris.
Betty LeDoux-Morris, BS, CMP began her work experience as a Legal Assistant, but through community directed commitments, she soon discovered her passion and skill set for planning meetings and events. One of her earliest projects involved the site selection, contract negotiation and plan implementation for an annual event for 4,000 participants. This working relationship has flourished since 1988.
Betty's legal background, along with her love of the hospitality industry, led to her 13-year career at Saddlebrook Resort. The last six years there she served as Director of Group Activities and Spa Sales and also handled Executive Group Sales, including high profile sports groups. Since leaving Saddlebrook to open LeDoux Meeting Management, Betty is often called back to Saddlebrook Resort to manage special events, including most recently a media and teambuilding event for the Jonas Brothers - just prior to their performance at the Florida Amphitheater in Tampa, Florida.
Betty's forte has always been a combination of an unparalleled enthusiasm for her work in an industry she not only cherishes, but in which she is both keenly knowledgeable and well connected; her uncanny knack for endearing herself to both her clients and representatives of the host properties; and for imparting a personal touch that most often results in lasting friendships and relationships with all parties with whom she deals. Her background and experience from working "both sides of the aisle," so to speak, has served her well in giving her the foundation and insight to not only promote and foster mutually respectful and harmonious guest/host relationships, but more importantly to identify and navigate around any potential challenges, and, if need be, to resolve any issue that does arise in a fair and trustful manner to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. Betty's significant attention to detail, and eagerness to go the extra mile, consistently assure that her clients leave their meetings or events completely satisfied and eager to work again with LeDoux Meeting Management.
Kenny Morris, BS, is an accountant and has held international management positions in the Federal Government. He has been involved in operational and financial auditing, tariff development and implementation, and financial analysis for the Panama Canal Commission. Kenny's broad background in athletic endeavors led him most recently to serve as General Manager of one of the premier private tennis facilities in Florida.
